I used to desire to be a branch manager. That sounded so exciting in my 20's. My ambition soon changed to just keeping the job I had. I am not complaining now how it all turned out.

The only thing that kept me working so hard in publishing all those years was the threat of getting fired everyday. I found that to be pretty good motivation.
