The days of aspiring to be a shoe shiner at the Birmingham airport are over. My own stand! Independent business owner! Nothing like getting your hands dirty performing a valuable societal function, chatting aimlessly with people in a hurry in the hustle and bustle of a busy venue. Always wanted a job working with my hands. The problem is that I'd have to bend over all day, and the last thing I desire to do now at my age is to bend bend over all day. Too late now.
