I am saddened to hear of the passing of Stan Musial. I grew up listening to the St. Louis Cardinals on KMOX in St. Louis, a clear channel, and this was before the Braves so the Cardinals were the South's team. I remember 1963, his last year, and especially do I remember opening that pack of 1959 baseball cards and pulling out Stan Musial. Oh, how I wish I had that baseball card!
