Just think what would happen if we were all vegetarians. In Alabama we would be overrun by unrestrained, marauding chickens, pigs, and cows without proper butchering. We would be like India with bovines in the street wandering aimlessly. Most restaurants would close. Imagine an Alabama without Barbecue! Oh, I'm being overcome by the vapors just imagining it!
White or red wine? There would be no point, would there?
Worst of all, every Waffle House would have to close their doors. Where would we Southerners get our grease fix?
