That "it will boost the economy" lie was just a line to sell their financial terrorism to the saps. They knew all along it would be a disaster-- for us. It put $$ in their pockets AND gave them an excuse to slash funding for food, medicine, housing... to KILL poor and vulnerable people through neglect.
