On this rainy, dismal morning in Pelham, Alabama, I have thought about jumping off the Starbucks roof, one way of making a big splash, crossing the Rubicon, and making the local news. But all the baristas would miss me, at least I hope so, so I will put this thought in File 13 for the moment, so as to give me something to think about the rest of the morning.
The big problem with being optimistic is that you are doomed to inevitable disappintment. The big problem with being negative all the time is that you turn sour and no fun to be around. The choose is yours. Choose wisely.
