Trump visits Texas in bid to convey urgency about his border wall efforts 
At a U.S. Border Patrol station in the Rio Grande Valley, Trump pressed the case for his border wall, which he maintained would be paid for by Mexico “many, many times over” through a new trade deal that has yet to be ratified by Congress.
