Egypt Calling

I just received a call which I did not pick up according to caller ID from Egypt meaning the country of Egypt with a strange phone number and not some local bloke with a nickname "Egypt."
I can walk like an Egyptian but I don't think I can talk like one. Somebody out there may be after me but hopefully not somebody from Egypt.
