The men hit the
beaches of Normandy 70 years ago today and the most consequential event of the
20th Century was under way. I don't know about you but I'm glad we are not a
Nazi protectorate today. Swastikas have never appealed to me. Bratwurst anyone?
I prefer a good ole American cheeseburger.
