Telekinesis

After strenuous efforts all morning at telekinesis trying to move these furniture items my supervisor is asking for while lounging in my easy chair, I am prepared to give up and move the objects physically the old-fashioned way. If any of you are skilled in telekinesis, please share your secret. I won't tell anyone if it's a real secret.
